The lid to the mug was damaged upon arrival. I reached out requesting a refund due to the damage. I received a response that they have reached out to the vendor. I am worried this will turn into a drawn out hassle. I do not recommend the purchase of ceramic products due to breakage. Another item I purchased (a cat shaped tea set, also ceramic) arrived with a chip that was “fixed” with what appears to be sharpie marker. I reached out regarding this as well. My order included two items and both have issues so while they are really cute items, the quality is questionable. Hoping for a resolution.
