Recently, I can't open the bottle cap because of arthritis in my finger, but it's so good that I can open it effortlessly while cooking. I like that the container that the contents come in direct contact with is glass, so it is easy to clean and not a drop of oil flows when using it. I threw away all the plastic oil containers I had been using, and ordered a few more. Best for oil containers
