I am glad the other person showed how it makes one big block of ice with four skulls in it that can't be broken apart or fit in any glass! This is exactly what this does. It is terrible design because it was never meant for ice cubes. On top of it, this company's customer support, or lack thereof it, should be illegal. They don't allow "used" items to be returned. It is completely impossible to know that this item doesn't work until it is used. In addition, this company purposefully sells junk and cheap items so that most people just don't have the time to bother with the returns and they pocket tiny bits of cash from millions of buyers. It is a pretty clever scheme. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau as well as submitted a complaint to Facebook for their scam. Hopefully, Facebook will start clamping down on these scam companies. They pretend that they have phone support. However, I have called in the customer service hours and no one picks up.

I'm not sure if this was worth almost $20. Perhaps if it was more than just 4 skull cubes you could make at once, it might be worth it. I waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered and according to the mailing info, it was coming from California. I live in AZ, it should have taken a week or less. So I'm thinking perhaps it did come from China, like one of the other reviewers said, but it was mailed to Ca first and then to me. I didn't know that Apollo Box shipped things from other places, unlike a lot of other online stores that ship only from their own warehouse. That disappoints me. Anyway, the main issue I have with this is that even though it seems like it should seal pretty well between the 4 skulls in the mold, it sometimes doesn't and I have had water freeze in-between them a few times and connect them. I uploaded a few pictures to illustrate what I'm talking about. You can knock off this extra ice, but remember you have to do it fast since holding them makes them melt faster. The rubber is soft and sometimes seems to expand with the amount of water being poured in. Oh- that is another slight problem with this. If you do not have a very small funnel, it's very hard to slowly fill each skull area.

I purchased this a Christmas present the first of Dec. It stated it would arrive between 12/18-12/20. When I went to track the product I realized it was coming from China. I contacted the company as soon as I realized it would not arrive in time. I never recieved any actual contact. It arrived 1/6/2020. Product is fine, but don't order this and expect it in the delivery time it states.
