This item is labeled as an oil diffuser online, but as a humidifier in the packaging. Technically, you're not supposed to use oil in a humidifier, so I am unsure whether or not it is okay, even though the manual suggests it is. Looks like it is good quality, but this ambiguity is a little unsettling.
