The cushion arrived in very good shape. It is exactly as advertised - cute and comfortable - although I can't be sure of the comfortable part...it is soft and cuddly. BUT it is SO much smaller than I realized it would be that the grandchild for whom I purchased this will not be able to use it. I usually pay attention to sizes but I sure missed the boat on this one. Also, the embroidery is in a language I don't recognize, although I think it means 'cute cat', I wish there had been more information available about this before I ordered. I'm not quite sure what to do about this situation. Please explain the procedure for returning this product for a refund.
